| 1992 | New building at Bruckmannstraße 12, 70736 Fellbach-Schmiden, including management and sale as well as exhibition, demonstration and storage area. |
| 1999 | Take-over of Geldmacher GmbH by Herbert Kübler and extension of the Milling sector with CNC milling machines and machining centres. |
| 2000 | Manual and cyclecontrolled lathes were added to the range. Taking part at METAV and AMB exhibitions |
| 2001 | Extension of range with transportation and elevation, including own patents. |

| 2003 | Manual milling machines FP4M and FP4MK, which are the best selling milling machines in Germany with over 20.000 sold, licensed by ex Deckel AG, were added to our range. |

Geldmacher GmbH distributes manual and CNC controlled milling and lathing machines as well as machining centres. Stichel beveling machines and box column drills are topping the import series off. Besides this we distribute products like saws, beveling machines, sheet metal forming machines, ect.
This are mainly products from near and far east, being adjusted to european standards in Fellbach. For example the finalisation of the control by using products from well-known producers like Heidenhain, Fagor, Acu Rite, etc. All products conform to CE- and safety standards.
Primary markets are Germany, Switzerland, Benelux countries, Austria and the eastern countries.
Since take-over in 1999 transaction volume rised continuously. Our employees are supported by well-known commercial agencies and selected subcontractors. We have a complete spare and expendable part storage for all our machines.
